We believe in the power of clean, local food

Our Story

Five generations ago, our family started raising animals on open pasture in Santa Barbara. That hasn't changed. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on open rangeland — no feedlots, ever. Our heritage Berkshire pork is raised outdoors with room to root and roam, finished on barley and spent brewers grain for a richness you can taste. Every bird, every lamb, every goat is pasture-raised with zero hormones and zero antibiotics.

We don't outsource our butchering. Every steak is hand-cut and every sausage is hand-made in our own on-farm butcher shop right here in California. From the pasture to the package, we control every step — so when it shows up at your door, you know exactly where it came from and exactly who raised it.
